Name: Siren Ferdas
Gender: Female
Age: 22
Birthday: August 23, 2295
Status: Badlander
What Siren Looks for In A Guy: Siren looks for someone suave and powerful–– physically and mentally. She wants a bad-boy who will always have something up his sleeve and always be surprising her.
~Personality~
Siren likes everything to be dangerous and adventurous. She's always been a sort of "small town girl," until this past year when she was given a horse for her 16th birthday and, ever since, she's been riding from town to town causing trouble. She's a HUGE risk-taker and would do anything to be able to keep up with the boys. She's brave, often fool-hardy and has a temper like you wouldn't believe. She is extremely blunt and acts like she doesn't care what anyone else thinks, when (in actuality) she's very sensitive and can be hurt very easily.
You've been gone so long all that you know
Has been shuffled aside as you bask in the glow
Has been shuffled aside as you bask in the glow
Often naive and easily deceived, Siren is too idealistic and trusting to realize when someone is trying to con her. But that doesn't mean she's not a liar herself. She's an expert at getting what she wants and herself out of scrapes, which is often the same thing. She's heavily sarcastic, has a dark sense of humor and enjoys practical jokes and tall tales. She looks up to anyone who is kind to her and is also courageous, intelligent and strong.
Of the beautiful strangers who whisper your name.
Do they fill up the emptiness?
Do they fill up the emptiness?
Siren is, by nature, a selfish person who has always, always, always, looked after #1: herself. Her mother died in childbirth with her younger twin brother, Perseus, and her alcoholic father went missing when Perseus and she were twelve, so it has always been that she has had to fend for herself. She doesn't help Perseus and he doesn't help her, but they both some how manage to survive. She doesn't really have a mothering instinct, so she finds it difficult to care for and protect other people. She hates feeling dependent on someone or that someone is depending on her.

~Appearance~
Siren is a tall (5'9), curvy young woman with wide hips and long, long legs. She has short, red-brown hair and pale gray eyes. Her nose is strong and on the large side. Her eyes are wide apart and deep-set with thick, dark lashes. She has a long, slender neck and thin, rounded shoulders. Her ears are pierced 4 times on each side (three on the lower lobe and 1 in her cartilage).
You have been drifting for so long
I know you won't want to come down.
I know you won't want to come down.
Only wearing pants and shirts, Siren refuses to wear anything that could label her as anything but tough or a tomboy. She is often found wearing a long, loose, tunic-style blouse with black leggings, a tan Stetson, red bandana and brown boots. She carries all of her belongings around in a roughly stitched leather pack. She carries around an old-fashioned Colt revolver and a newer, but still out-dated Ion-pistol, both of which she filched from a pawn shop in another town.
Somewhere below you, there's people who love you
And they're ready for you to come home.
And they're ready for you to come home.
Back when the Ambian government tried to keep track of them all, Siren received a "branding," which gave her a number, a basic town symbol and a nasty hatred of government officials. Since then, she has gotten a tattoo of an upside-down horseshoe right above her ankle. She never wears make-up because she can't hold with the stuff. Because she doesn't have access or money to spare for sunscreen, she's extremely tan and darkened from the sun. For jewelry, she wears four rings made of surgical steel and a sixth on her thumb made of silver, then a dog-tag necklace with her name and number written on it, just in case they find her dead in the middle of the desert, and her chrome earrings.
Please come home.
~History~
As previously stated, Siren became an orphan when she was 12 years old. Her mother died only minutes after she was born, which sent her father to drink. She and her twin brother, Perseus, raised themselves. They spent a lot of their time looking for food and a place to sleep, which made them both grow up very, very fast.

When she was 13, Perseus decided to join one of the gangs that ruled their town. He was already a good fighter, so he fought his way to the top of the group. By the time he turned 16, he was the deputy of the group and was able to give his sister a beautiful paint stallion named Wildfire. He became the leader of one of the largest Badlander gangs within the past year. He helps rule the town he was born in while Siren hit the road and has been traveling from town to town, no doubt to run from the fact that she feels empty inside and has never felt wanted or loved. Siren has only ever fallen for a boy once, but he rejected her and so she hasn't fallen for another boy since.
