What Eris Looks For In A Guy: Eris is picky about her man. He has to be polite. He has to be respectful. She'd prefer for him to also be an I.S.–– preferably another reptile. To be honest, she's still in love with her first intended.

~Personality~

Eris, despite her scaly, snake-like appearance and her life as an I.S, is a sweet and gentle young woman. She doesn't want to hurt anyone. She seeks peace and harmony in any and every situation. She's fun-loving and gentle when she is given the opportunity. Because she is often judged based on her appearance, she won't tolerate herself, or others, judging other people just based on how they look. She firmly believes in judging a person by their actions.

A natural planner, Eris is quit-witted and can have a sharp tongue. If she loses her temper, she can give quite the "tongue-lashing." She hates herself whenever she does this to people, but she often can't control herself. Because she shares genetic traits with a viper, she has little self control and has had to work very, very hard on controlling her desire to lash out when she's frightened.

~Appearance~

Because she is part viper, Eris is covered in soft, olive-green scales. Only the palms of her hands, the insides of her mouth, her ears and the bottoms of her feet aren't covered in the scales. Another result of her combination is that she doesn't actually have hair. Her hair was replaced by a viper's crest that stretches back from her face. She has a very expressive face. Her eyes are a pale, opaque green. Her nose is straight and her lips are average sized. She doesn't have ears; instead she has ear-slits.

With an abnormally long body, especially in the torso and neck, Eris is an impressive 6' 1" tall. She hates her height because it makes her stand out, rather than blend in and be "normal." She has an average bust size. She has to wear specially made clothes in her own size. She would translate closest to a 10 in shirts and pants, just due to her height. She wears a size 9 1/2 shoe. She often wears a necklace made of iron rings.

~History~

Adopted at nine by a kind Ambian and raised as his own daughter, Eris remembers little about the life she lead before her adoption. She can only remember flashes of beatings, or of people in white lab coats injecting her with chemicals, or drawing blood. When she was old enough, her guardian, Harrison Leonard, explained that she had been a lab experiment and he had purchased her from them to prevent their cruelty to her.

Mr. Harry, as Eris calls him, had previously rescued another reptilian I.S. The other I.S. was a young man named Idris, who had also been a lab experiment. Idris was two years older than Eris. The two I.S.es fell in love when Eris was 16, and stayed together for the next five years. Harrion was one of the first to die. He was killed shortly before the overthrow. Idris, as the boy was called, quickly joined the forces of the I.S.es and was soon brainwashed and indoctrinated into killing the Ambians. This broke Eris' heart.
