Personality: Iana is a cold-hearted, misunderstanding young woman. She takes the duties of being second in command of Ambia very seriously, and she has a deep hatred for her brother. Her younger brother, Abner, she treats fairly, and does not mind him. It is only for the elder that she stems her detest towards. She believe that he is thick and too easy-going about his job, which he rather is. She acts as his counselor, and advises about all the important war moves and strategies. What she truly wants is her brother's position of power, but at this point, she knows it would be wisest to continue acting second in command.
Iana is a powerful woman, and when a decision must be made for the good of Ambia, she always will answer it before Toren can. This usually does not bother Toren, as he does not like answering the questions himself. Iana practically runs Ambia behind his back.
Iana is firm in all of her choices. Her decisions are final, and anyone who disregards them, she does not have respect for. She does not expect others to be perfect, only to try their best to be. She has a strange sadness drifting around her, which she brings wherever she goes. She carries it with her, as well as a chill. Her I.S. animal is a special breed of white wolf, portraying her calm ability to be patient. She waits for what she wants, until just the right moment. Then she pounces. She also received the intelligence of the beautiful creature.
What Iana looks for in a boy: Iana has no desire to ever get married or fall in love. She is power-hungry, and only thinks of someday ruling, and not under higher authority (AKA, a husband).
Appearance: Iana cares greatly of her appearance, as she believes that being carelessly attired and beautified represents a poor vision of power. And to all her efforts, she is extremely beautiful. She is very vain, and labors over her hair and make-up for long portions of the day. She has cold, silvery eyes, that penetrate of a habit. Her lashes are very long, and curl pleasingly. Her face is slender and very pale. Her cheekbones are high, and her nose is straight and long. All the features that adorn her face are sharp and vivid.
Iana's white/silvery blue , colored hair is long, soft, and very thick. She usually wears the top portion of it up in a delicate, laborious curling knot. The rest of it hangs loosely around her shoulders, and floats around her pleasantly. Iana is tall, reaching 5 feet and 10 in. She enjoys this height, which gives her the ability to stand tall and unwavering over Toren.

As a symbol of power, she wears long, extremely fancy dresses, which separate her from the norm and set her higher (this is her opinion). Her dresses fit her splendidly, and they are all made with much care and preparation. She usually wears white, creamy dresses, with gold embroidery decorating the sleeves, hem lines, and other parts. Overall, she does signify beauty and almost cruel power at the same time.

She was the exact image of her mother, and Toren didn't hardly look as though he belonged in the family. Yet still, her parents doted on him constantly, usually leaving Iana out. This was not intentional; it just happened. Iana decided harshly to ignore them back. She locked herself up in her misery, but made good progress in her studies, even excelling Toren. She had always been the brighter, more intelligent one of the two. She not only became smart; she became cunning. Living under her brother's shadow for so long created a deep hatred for him within her. She determined to someday rule Ambia with power and grace, both of which he lacked.
One day, Iana's mother suffered from a heart-attack. She died after a long struggle, and the grief-stricken senator handed all his power over to Toren. Iana could feel herself getting so much closer to the highest position. Only Toren remained in her way.
