Hey! So I've been considering a few changes for the roleplay, because right now it seems like we're stuck in our plotlines, and nothing is happening. There are a few ways we could try and remedy this, so that we continue using the roleplay and all the characters we created. We have different plots floating around, but nothing has been decided on, as of yet.
I. There is a Valentines Day Ball in the Sky-Ports in... I believe a week according to where we are now time-wise in the roleplay. I think a few plots are depending on the Ball to speed the story along.
A. Since Lithium is no longer participating in the roleplay, Cassandra no longer has anyone to rescue her. Currently, she is flying in a transport, and a very expensive transport at that. A possible way to get her involved again, is if Captain Hook (Brock's character) saw the transport, and decided to capture it for himself.
B. At the Valentines Day Ball, the Sky-Port King (he ultimately rules over all the ports, though each port has its own less significant leader) is going to be assassinated by a skilled Ambian. This throws the Sky-Ports into chaos, and also starts a war between Ambia and the Sky-Ports. Many of the characters at the Ball will get wrapped up in this plotline.
II. There is tension among the three prominent nations
A. Ambia hates both OnNa and the Sky-Ports. OnNa hates Ambia.
B. To move things along in Subterria, I think we should create a second dilemma. On the same day as the Ball, a Subbterrean rebellion could occur. OnNa is then faced with a possible World War and an immediate Civil War, making them weak. They could seek an alliance with the Sky-Ports to both defend themselves against Ambia.
C. If Hook captures Cassandra, The Ambian senator who was going to marry her will be outraged. This could be one of the reasons why the Sky-Port's king was assassinated.
III. We're stuck
A. We need to figure out what we're going to do about the way things are now. Should we continue on the day we're struggling with now, or skip ahead to the day of (or before) the ball, and just summarize what happened during the week?
